The Secret Temple is our Ethiopian single origin — a coffee that reveals its complexity slowly, layer by layer, like exploring the rooms of an ancient temple.
TASTING NOTES
Milk chocolate, cherry, and blueberry. The first sip opens with a gentle milk chocolate sweetness, followed by ripe cherry mid-palate, and finishes with a distinctive blueberry note that Ethiopian coffees are celebrated for. This is a naturally complex coffee that needs no additions — just good water and the right brew method.
BEST BREWING METHODS
This single origin was selected specifically for pour over and drip brewing, where the delicate fruit notes can fully express themselves. We recommend a medium-fine grind and water temperature around 200°F (93°C). A Chemex or V60 pour over will give you the clearest expression of these flavors.
