Smooth milk chocolate with stone fruit undertones. Unlike our Ethiopian single origin with its bright berry notes, The Seance delivers a rounder, warmer flavor profile. The milk chocolate comes through immediately, followed by subtle stone fruit sweetness — think ripe peach and plum — that lingers on the palate.

BEST BREWING METHODS

This Colombian single origin is beautifully versatile. It performs wonderfully as a pour over or drip, where the chocolate and fruit notes come through with clarity. It also makes an excellent single-origin espresso for those who enjoy a sweeter, less acidic shot. French press brings out the full body and chocolate richness.
